Farmer unions had accepted the center’s offer to hold a meeting as protesters continued their protest at the Delhi border against the new farm laws. The meeting has been called at Vigyan Bhawan in Delhi.

Narendra Singh Tomar said that government is always with the people and always ready to discuss the problem.
The Congress leader Rahul Gandhi asked the government to support the farmers and asked for their justice. Rahul Gandhi asked the government to be with the farmers and give them their rights.

Delhi Traffic Police said that the Tikri Border is closed for the traffic movement and open borders to Haryana are Jharoda, Dhansa, Daurala Jhatikera, Badusari, Kapashera, Rajokri NH8, Bajghera, Palam Vihar and Dundahera borders, and Singhu Border will be closed from both sides. The traffic has been diverted from Mukarba Chowk & GTK road.

The government claimed that the newly passed farm laws would fulfill the dream of ‘one nation, one market’ for agricultural products. The protesting farmers raised questions because, according to farmers, the new agricultural law has created two markets for the crops. They all are now against the government and protesting for their justice and benefits.
