Faculty at other universities will use the Online Teaching Laboratories to conduct experiments designed to cover a wide range of university curricula, said IIT Indore’s Dean of Resource Generation Professor Anand Parey.
Previously, students from other academic institutions could tour the facilities as part of a tour. Still, now they can use them for academic purposes, according to a statement from the prestigious institution.
Already, the ‘Vigyan par Charcha’ program of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Indore provides schoolchildren and teachers with practical knowledge on various subjects.
For the first time, laboratory classes will allow students to learn from practitioners in their fields and explore methods firsthand. Students who complete the laboratory sessions will receive an e-certificate. IIT Indore’s website has more information,” he said.
